Garage extension and One-bedroom above garage

The client’s sister is currently living with him, and he wants to build an ADU for her while also expanding his garage to accommodate his 26-foot RV. We developed several design options based on their needs and checked the zoning regulations. It turned out that constructing two separate new buildings on the lot wasn’t permitted. So, we came up with a creative solution: extend the existing garage and build the ADU above it. We’re currently in the design phase and preparing for the construction drawings.
