Arch Design & Build was founded by two friends who put down roots in Denver and decided to build something of their own.
Gary is an architectural designer who spent years drawing spaces that other people built. He made the switch to construction because he wanted to stop handing his designs off to someone else and start building them himself. He runs this business alongside his wife, Valerie, who leads marketing and growth at Arch DB. Both of them speak four languages.
Igor is a structural engineer and a father of three — the kind of person who thinks in decades, not deadlines.
Arch Design & Build holds a Class A Contractor License, the highest level issued in Colorado, covering unlimited construction, alteration, and demolition of any structure. We personally oversee every project from the first site visit to the final walkthrough. We’re not a franchise, not a call center — we’re two families who live here and care about what gets built in this city
